CONOVER, N.C. – Members of the Military and Hickory-area teachers will be admitted free of charge to the 2012 Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn presented by Kia Motors courtesy of Zenith Global Logistics, it was announced today. The 10th anniversary Greater Hickory Classic is set for Oct. 8-14 at Rock Barn Golf and Spa in Conover, N.C.
Members of the Military, including active duty, reservists, veterans and their immediate families will be admitted free of charge to the Greater Hickory Classic by simply showing a current military identification card. Teachers representing Hickory-area kindergarten through high school institutions and one guest will also receive free admission to the tournament with a current school identification card Tuesday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 14.
