Benefits will be available for pick-up beginning Monday May 2, 2011 at the front desk of Rock Barn during normal clubhouse hours. Non-member homeowner benefits will be mailed beginning TBD.

Parking for members is free with member badge and available in the lot across from the equestrian center (all week) on North Oxford Street in Conover.

To order any additional tickets or parking passes, please contact the tournament office.
A community shuttle will be available Saturday, June 11^nd and Sunday, June 12^rd to get residents to and from their lot. This shuttle provided by Rock Barn Golf & Spa will run a continuous loop through Rock Barn from 10am – 5pm and stop at designated areas throughout the property.

Restrictions for the week of June 6^th-June 12^rd

Parking passes will be necessary to gain access into the Rock Barn community beginning Monday, June 6^th through and including Sunday, June 12^rd. Residential parking passes do not allow access to Rock Barn Golf & Spa parking lots.

No roadside or common grass area parking will be allowed. Violators will be towed at the owner’s experience. Please ensure your guests are aware of this as it could cause a security and safety issue. Parking lots will not be allowed along sides of streets or in vacant lots.

Privately owned golf carts are not to be used at ANYTIME/ANYWHERE within the Rock Barn community throughout the tournament week. This is STRONGLY enforced.

Please have all lawn, maintenance serves, construction, etc. completed by close of business Thursday, June 9, 2011.
